Conquer Club

Conquer Club: If you like the boardgame Risk, this site is a gas. It’s a turn-based, online implementation of Risk (sh-h-h-h — they never refer to it by name).

You play a turn every 24 hours or so. I’m playing one game right now, and I play a turn every morning when I get into work — it takes about three or four minutes. I’ve developed a decent corner of the map, but I’m pretty sure I’m about to get whalloped by someone.

The nice thing is that there are dozens of new maps to try, which changes the dynamics of the game quite a bit.

It’s free, with premium memberships for those that want private games or to play lots of them at the same time.

  1. actually “risk” is the first word on the page! “Risk all your armies…” Anyway, thanks, this looks good.

  2. Check their html metatags, there is “risk online, play risk, risk game” etc. They also have this in the page footer: “RISK is a registered trademark of Hasbro Inc. Conquer Club is not associated with RISK or Hasbro in any way.”

  3. I play the game frequently (nonmember) I am currently a lieutenant and rising steadily, I have quite a losing streak going on right now though. My name is Eliminator15 if you want to play a game with me.
