  1. They have had my system for over a month also and they don’t know where it is?! Whenever I do get it back it will be X360= downpayment on PS3. Sorry Microsoft you lost another gamer……

  2.  I love... loved my xbox 360 until it started messing up. I called, and they are sooo bad about telling me the truth. First, they said the repair charge would be 150. What?!?! Im not paying that. I say I don't want to pay that and it doesn't make sense as to why I should have to pay this when it is only a little more than a year old. They hang up. Im like... what the heck...(no disconnect. They said I was wasting my time. Goodbye). So I call back. They then say the charge is only $99.
    

    Anyways, I have an appointment for a manager who is supposed to call me at 2:00 yesterday. No one called that whole day. So I call back at about 3:30. They don’t know why the manager hasn’t called. So I reschedule it for today at 4:00. They don’t call until 5:50. Then …. lies after lies… it was soooo annoying. He eventually hung up on me also. Oh… and about lies… I called back later that day because I was mad the “manager” hung up on me. When I answered the phone to the “manager”, he said he was the manager who was supposed to call me. So when I do call back, they say that this guy that I talked to is only a supervisor. So he lied to me that he was the manager because I distinctly remember asking him a couple times if he was the manager just to make sure he was the manager. He said he was. I also told that “manager” that this was bad customer service and I told him only a couple of bad things that went on in the past calls. He said the customer service wasn’t important about what we were talking about. I don’t see how it isn’t important because it is absolutely rediculous how they treated a loyal customer. This is literally only a little bit of what I experienced. I really can not tell you anything good about this customer service. It is really unbelievable!

  3. I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT MY XBOX ITS JUST THAT IT DOES NOT HVE A PROBLEM BUT WHEN I PUT MY H3 DISC INSIDE IT SAYS THAT THERE IS AN ERROR OH WTF ILL JUST GO AHEAD AND CALL MICROSOT

  4. man i going sell my 360 or give it away because its so gay what microsft has made two consoles they don’t have any hand helds ps3 i’m going to get because they are better in every way they have home little big planet, full web browsing better graphics they have hand helds its an all around great sytem so mircosoft make a new system till them screw you guys

  5. Regardless of the amount of problems i have or have had, I prefer this sytem over any other. I have 2, my son has one, as does my brother. All my friends agree. It sounds like alot of whining. Most know what their getting into prior to purchase. Good luck. I hope everyone finds their perfect system.

  6. my kids lof there xbox 360 but i don’t know how to tell them that i brock there and somehow i need to come up whit one befor x-mas and thin have been so hard for me and the kids. this year i don’t have anything to get the so can some one out there help me thank you iam a mother of four and don’t have much email
