eNetwizard Matrix Server

eNetwizard Network: Take a look at this site design, then consider the name of the product. Do you think they could set sued for this? Just wondering.

  1. Actually, I’ll answer that question for you, since I own the website and I wrote the content management system.

    1. eNetwizard Matrix Server was designed around the concept of a matrix. Look it up in the dictionary and you will discover that it means “the surrounding substance within which something else originates, develops, or is contained.” All content is stored in a hierarchial folder with the name matrix, and organized very similarly to the way Java organizes its classes. Furthermore, it borrows from the matrix concept in that it is a central server, capable of managing an infinite number of domains and websites, all from a single distribution. If that’s not a matrix, I don’t know what is.

    2. I don’t think they mind me using the background, but I intend to have another one designed that has a matrix-y look but does not have Neo and the others in it. However, this aside, there is nothing that would confuse the average person into thinking my product is somehow affiliated or endorsed by whoever owns the Matrix movies, and therefore, being sued is probably not even a possibility.

Hope that helps answer your very interesting question.
