PHP Marathon Winner

PHP Marathon: The PHP Marathon is over. Here was the problem:

Build a working tutorial platform for beginner, intermediate, and advanced programmers. (This is very practical and will be used by dotGeek, with credit given to you, the almighty winner.) The overall platform should work a lot like Zend.com sub site at http://www.zend.com/zend/tut/ (but better, of course because it will be written by you).

Strikes me that this was a nifty way for DotGeek to get some software written for free. Fourteen code monkeys submitted their projects, and the winner came up with something really nice. He even integrated the account management system with Jabber, so you can carry over you Jabber account to his tutorial system. He won free hosting or something,.
