Mini-Blogs

By Deane Barker on October 9, 2003

Waxy.org: Andy Baio lives here: Andy created a “mini-blog” on the right -hand side of his site for stuff which doesn’t rise to the level of the “actual” blog. Boing Boing has done this too — allowed “guest” bloggers to have a space on the sidebar.

This brings me back to a point I rambled on about last week — are all posts created equal? Should long, orginal posts be in a different class than quick posts about Web emphera? Do you have a range of blogs on your site, like Major League Baseball has the minor leagues and NASCAR has the Busch series?
