Programming OpenOffice

OpenOffice gets programming kit | CNET This is really great news. I love OpenOffice, but one of the big strengths of Microsoft Office is that it has VBA, whereby you can change, extend, and essentially re-program the entire application. I’m excited to see OpenOffice go in that same direction. I haven’t looked at the kit, and I’m assuming that it’s more low-level, “change-and-recompile” stuff, but it’s a start.
