I bought “The Cluetrain Manifesto” to fill a four hour wait at the Orlando airport. When I settled down to read it, I noticed the subtitle on the cover: “The end of business as usual.” I felt a sense of impending doom — that phrase is as hackeneyed and worthless as an Amway rep telling you, “This is the way everyone will be shopping in five years.” In the end, though, the book wasn’t that bad.
