New websites: Joel Spolsky just had both his Web sites — Fog Creek and Fog Bugz — redesigned by Happy Cog Studios. He has an interesting piece this morning about the process, and about how he incrementally destroyed one design and had to start over.
That’s when I knew we had to start over, and when I suddenly knew what it felt like when you told the barber to give you an “en brosse” haircut because you thought you would look like Tom Cruise, and that’s not what happened.
I’m not sure if they actually redesigned the Fog Creek site, I guess. They have it down to about three pages.
