This is a Jakob Nielsen article which is a good wrap-up of mistakes people make when building Web sites and what to avoid. I got this in the mail (I don’t remember from whom) as a poster which I proudly hung on my wall (mainly to antagonize my boss, who can’t stand Nielsen).
Very much worth reading and obeying. If everyone followed these ten suggestions, we’d all be a lot better off.
