PHP 5 Adoption has Tipped!: The latest numbers from Zend on PHP5 adoption.

In July over 74% of support tickets were by customers using PHP 5 (and remember we do support both versions).

But is their analysis flawed? How accurately do support tickets indicate adoption, I wonder. Could it be that a new version just requires more support than an old version?
